At Apomeds, we prioritize efficient and prompt delivery for all our orders. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and your location:
- Standard Shipping via DHL Paket:
- Germany: Up to 3 working days
- Portugal: 3-5 working days
- Denmark and Sweden: 3-4 working days (via PostNord in partnership with DHL)
- Express Shipping via DHL Express:
- Available in Germany, Portugal, Denmark, and Sweden: Typically 1-2 working days.
- Special Note for Switzerland:
- We exclusively offer DHL Express shipping for orders to Switzerland, which is usually completed within 1-2 working days, free of additional charge.
Please note that orders whose payment and prescription issuance occur after 3:30 PM Central European Time are typically not handed over to the delivery service until the next working day. This also applies to express shipping via DHL Express. Therefore, the option for express shipping is automatically no longer displayed in our systems after about 3:30 PM. An exception to this is currently Switzerland, where DHL Express shipping is offered as standard.
