Here's how you can update your delivery address for an order with Apomeds:
- Before Shipping:
- If your order has not yet been shipped and you need to change the address, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and the new address.
- After Shipping (Standard DHL Deliveries):
- Once your order has been shipped, Apomeds will provide you with a tracking link. For standard DHL shipments, you can use this link to redirect your package to a different address, a local DHL branch, or a DHL Packstation in Germany.
- DHL Express Shipments:
- For DHL Express shipments, you can manage and redirect your delivery by visiting DHL Express On Demand Delivery.
- For New Orders:
- You can change your delivery address each time you place a new order by entering the desired address during the checkout process.
- Updating Future Delivery Addresses in Your Account:
- To change the delivery address for future orders, log into your account on the Apomeds website and click on “update delivery information.” This will ensure that all subsequent orders are sent to the updated address.
Please note, updating your address in your account will not change the delivery address for orders that are already placed and processed.
