Can I Cancel My Order?

At Apomeds, we understand the importance of flexibility in online purchases. Here's how you can cancel your order:


  1. Before Payment: If you have not yet paid for your order, you can cancel it at any time without any obligations.
  2. After Payment but Before Dispatch: If you have paid for your order and it has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  3. After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, our cancellation policy depends on your location:
    1. In Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Portugal: You can return the parcel unopened and unused in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery to cancel your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
    2. In Switzerland: Our cancellation policy is outlined in our terms and conditions, as Swiss law does not mandate a standard withdrawal period for online purchases.


Important Note on Prescription Processing: Orders where prescriptions are sent via post (“offline prescriptions”) are processed only upon receipt and verification by our pharmacists. This process falls under "After Payment but Before Dispatch". Please be aware that this might extend the overall processing time of your order compared to using our online doctor service.
