Returning Used Products at Apomeds

At Apomeds, the safety and hygiene of our products are of utmost importance. Here are our guidelines regarding the return of used products:


  • No Returns on Used Products: Medicinal products that have been used cannot be returned. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standard of hygiene and safety for all our customers.
  • Returning Unopened Products: You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original packaging and seal. This allows us to ensure that the products remain safe for use by others.
  • How to Initiate a Return: If you have an unopened product that you wish to return, please contact our customer service team at support@apomeds.com for instructions on how to proceed with the return process.


We encourage our customers to carefully consider their needs before making a purchase to avoid the need for returns. However, we understand that circumstances can change and are here to assist you with any return inquiries.
