A one-time password (OTP) is a secure way to log into your Apomeds account. Here’s how you can receive and use an OTP:
- Initiating the Process: Go to the Apomeds homepage and click on the “log in” button.
- Enter Your Registered Email Address: Input the email address that you used to register with Apomeds.
- Receive Your OTP: Upon entering your email, an OTP will be sent to this address. This password is designed for a single use to ensure secure access to your account.
- Validity of the OTP: The OTP is valid for only 10 minutes from the time of issuance. It must be used within this timeframe to log into your account.
- Requesting a New OTP: If the initial OTP expires before you use it, you can request a new one by repeating the login process. Each OTP generated will also have a 10-minute validity period.
- Checking Your Email Promptly: Make sure to check your email inbox, including the spam folder, for the OTP as soon as you request it.
