- Selecting a Different Delivery Address: During the order process, after choosing your product, select the option for a 'Different delivery address (e.g., DHL Packstation)' to open additional fields for the delivery address.
- Choosing Packstation: In the newly opened input area, select 'Packstation' as your preferred delivery option.
- Entering Your Information: Input your activated postal number and the postal code of the desired Packstation.
- Packstation Selection: Once you've entered the postal code, a list of available Packstations in that area will be displayed. Choose the one most convenient for you.
- Registration and Activation: Ensure that your postal number is registered under the same name used for the delivery address and that DHL has already activated your postal number. The activation process typically takes 3 to 5 working days.
